Return & Exchange Policy – Enestly

At Enestly, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges on any unused and unwashed products, in their original packaging, within 7 days of purchase.


How to Return or Exchange

  • Please include a copy of the invoice and clearly state the reason for return or exchange with your package.
  • Items must be returned via a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post) at the customer’s own expense.
  • Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned products.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment or as store credit, based on your preference.
